Are you still eating enough?

Yesterday was my birthday and I enjoyed cheesecake and wine! Life’s too short not to enjoy! I danced in a jump house and danced all weekend for that matter.

Today I enjoyed all my food!

My breakfast:

1 oz Oatmeal

6 oz Yogurt

1 Nectarine

My lunch:

6 oz Brussle Sprouts

2 hard boiled eggs

4 oz rice

6 oz pineapple tidbits

My dinner:

6 oz grilled eggplant

4 oz Turkey burger

2 slices of whole grain bread

1 orange


I could add a salad but I am full!!!

Happy eating!

Weight today was 114 lbs. I am 5’7″ and shrinking…oh well…and now…58 years old…yikes…but feel like I am 38 years old.

4 oz.  garlic and rosemary roasted chicken

6 oz. pearl onions

4 oz. rice medley

1 medium orange

1 Tablespoon olive oil or butter

What’s for today’s SMART Breakfast?

A SMART Breakfast 003

1 Granny Green apple diced and cooked for 2 minutes in the microwave.

8 oz. Almond Milk

1 oz. Oatmeal

Cinnamon and powdered sugar to taste

Cup of coffee with teaspoon of chocolate and small amount of Almond milk

Are you drinking enough water?

I love my water cup! It is easy to refill and pop in and out of the refrigerator. When I am home I often have this cup nearby and sip on it throughout the day.

I recommend four 8 oz. glasses of water a day. Remember your 5 servings of fruits and vegetables contain a lot of water too!

Also, herbal teas are another way to add water to your plan.
